We’ve all been told apples are good for you, but what do the really do?

1. The skin has fiber, perfect for bowel regularity. It also is good for gum stimulation.

2. Chewing an apple increases saliva product, thus washing away the bacteria that causes cavities.

3. They help remove plaque.

4. Apples contain potassium, which is good for our muscles, nerves, blood pressure, and balancing fluids.

5. It’s a good jaw workout for those mandible bones!
