We are back in the swing of things after a long holiday weekend. This week may be shorter, but losing a day can throw some of us off our routines a bit. If this is you, here are some tips to reset your week.
1. Make a List
Write down all the things you need to get done this week as a longer term projection, then chop the list up with tasks to complete each day until they are all complete.
1. Get Back to the Meal Preparation
All the good drinks and food to go with were likely in abundance this weekend. Reset with your usual (and probably more healthy) meals. This will not only get you back into your routine but give you the nutrients that were probably neglected this weekend.
3. Prep the Night Before
Do as much as you can in the evening to ensure a stress free start to your day the night before. This includes setting clothes out, packing lunches, setting up the coffee makers, and for the parents that traveled, putting the car seats back in their usual car (s).
